Secure Boot Fail
Secure Boot Fail
What to do when secure boot failes after MS Windows Update KB5012170 from August 9th, 2022
If a machine had the MS Windows Update KB5012170 from 09.08.2022 installed, the system could possibly fail to boot Securaze Work 3.8.x / Securaze Remote 3.x.x or older.
In order to prevent this from happening, please turn off Secure Boot in the machine BIOS/firmware to continue to use Securaze Work without issues.
The Securaze team is working on a fix that will be implemented in the next Work Ops and Remote Ops release, and allow you to use the software while Secure Boot is enabled.
