Securaze Mobile Windows issues after Apple software update?

If you are using Securaze Mobile Ops for Windows and are experiencing difficulties after iTunes update, here's what you should know.

You were asked to update the Apple software, but after you proceed with the update, Securaze Mobile occasionally crashes?

This can unfortunately happen when Apple updates iTunes and their driver package "under the hood". Apple and some other manufacturers have a tendency to discard and overwrite essential drivers that Securaze installs, and therefore interferes with normal software functionality.
